We're mapping the routes between our factories and warehouses to cut wasted transport: fuller containers, fewer half-empty runs, and stock held closer to where it's actually needed.
Products are designed to ship flat, nest or fold. Less air in the box means more units per pallet and fewer containers on the water for the same order: what we call compact by design.
