We keep product, brand, sourcing, logistics and customer experience in-house and close together. If you'd rather own a problem end to end than sit in one lane of a bigger machine, this is that kind of place.
We build fast: a lot of ownership lands early, we work in short cycles, and we'd rather ship a small improvement and learn from it than perfect something in a meeting room. That pace is what keeps the best ideas rising to the top.
The person who designs it is a message away from the person who ships it.
We ship, watch what happens, and fix the next version, fast.

Online visibility matters more than ever. Customers scroll TikTok and Instagram long before they buy, and raw, relatable content consistently beats a polished product photo. As Junior Content Creator, you own that content end to end, from concept to publish.
What you'll do. You'll make short, UGC-style videos of our range every week: bathroom and kitchen accessories, shown the way a customer would actually use them at home. You come up with concepts that ride TikTok and Reels trends, film on your phone in a home setting, and edit the result yourself: cuts, subtitles, music, text. You track what works and feed that back into the next batch, and help shape the content calendar, including which new releases deserve a video.
We ship quickly and work in short cycles: we'd rather test an idea and learn from it than debate it in a long meeting. Sound like you? You're the match.
As Content Creator at Kranis, you shape what our brands look like on screen. You come up with the concepts, write the scripts, direct the shoot, get in front of the camera yourself, and deliver the final result ready to publish. You work with the latest photo and video gear out there and get the freedom to develop your own ideas, from first sketch to color grade. One day you're editing in the office, the next you're out on location shooting.
We're obsessed with everything home and lifestyle. We develop, brand, source and ship our own products, and we own the full chain ourselves, from a first sketch to a shipped product. Kranis was founded in 2021 and today brings together six brands, each with its own category, buyer and price point, sold across the Netherlands, the rest of Europe and beyond. We keep product, brand, sourcing, logistics and customer experience close together, and it's exactly that closeness that lets us move fast. Enthusiastic, hands-on and curious are words that fit Kranis, and the same qualities we're looking for in you.
Minismus designs and supplies functional bathroom and kitchen accessories (shower squeegees, toilet roll holders, shower baskets, door stops and more) to consumers and business customers alike. The B2B branch is growing fast, serving hospitality, facility service providers, installers and retail partners, and we're looking for someone who doesn't just manage accounts but helps set the direction: where the opportunities are, which segments to pursue, and how Minismus shows up as a serious partner for high-volume buyers.
You're the first point of contact for business customers, and at the same time the person shaping commercial strategy for this channel: hands-on account management and strategic thinking about where B2B should grow, combined in one role.
As Business Development Manager B2B, you're responsible for two things at once: growing our existing B2B business and discovering new sales opportunities. You're both caretaker and explorer.
You run the day-to-day relationship with our existing B2B customers, but you're just as busy dreaming up the next sales channel we haven't tapped yet. You work from a clear philosophy: move fast, break things. Come up with new concepts quickly, test them in short cycles out in the field, and use the results to decide whether to invest deeper or stop and move on. Failing is fine, as long as it happens fast and you learn something from it.
Kranis builds and markets home and interior brands, for brands like Minismus: functional bathroom and kitchen accessories such as shower squeegees, toilet roll holders, shower baskets and door stops. Our range is growing fast, and so is the demand on the warehouse floor, where we're looking for extra hands for a six-month stretch.
What you'll do. You'll work on the warehouse floor, picking orders accurately and fast. A working day means pulling products against order lists, checking quantity and quality, and getting orders ready for shipping. You'll use a handheld scanner and our warehouse system to register orders and keep stock accurate. Beyond picking, you'll help put away incoming stock, keep the warehouse tidy, and flag it when stock is running low or something doesn't add up.
Three spots, all based in Poeldijk, all starting 25 August 2026. Paid, with expenses and travel covered, and a real shot at a job afterwards if it clicks.
You'll join the team responsible for making sure the right customer sees the right product at the right time, on whatever channel. Days start with looking at how past campaigns and content performed (what's landing, what's quietly underperforming), and you take it from there: your own angle for an upcoming launch, worked into a real plan, aligned with the team, and carried through to execution.
You'll learn to build a commercial and creative case for product visibility, work from data instead of guesses, turn an idea into a plan a team can act on, and see a product go all the way from concept to in front of the right customer.
You are curious about how brands grow, and would rather pitch an idea than wait to be told what to do. Commercial instincts, a creative eye, comfortable with data, and self-starting: you don't wait around for the next task.
No studio: you film where our products actually get used, a bathroom, a kitchen, sometimes the garden. Each week you align on which products need content (a new colour, a launch that's still missing a good video), come up with the concept yourself, shoot it on your phone, and edit it end to end: cuts, subtitles, music, text. Then you debrief with marketing on what worked, and help shape what's next on the content calendar.
You'll learn to independently concept, shoot and edit content for a brand, read what's actually performing, take feedback well, plan against a content calendar, and leave with a portfolio that's yours.
You already make content (even just for your own account) and aren't shy about showing it. You live on TikTok and Instagram, know a good hook and rhythm on sight, are handy with a phone camera and an editing app like CapCut, and are comfortable filming at home.
You'll work alongside the account manager who looks after our business customers: hotels, facility companies, wholesalers, rental partners. It's not just keeping existing accounts happy: you'll also dig into which markets we haven't cracked yet, and why we should. Expect quotes to draft and follow up, and your own research into which sector, buying group or niche (boutique hotels, say) is worth a real proposal.
You'll learn to build business relationships, segment a market, turn an idea into a commercial proposal, negotiate and draft quotes, and see how strategy and account management actually connect.
You like picking up the phone and building relationships, but just as much enjoy asking which market we should be in. Commercial and analytical in equal measure, a strong communicator, and someone who proposes rather than waits to be asked.
We're always short a good generalist. Tell us what you're good at.
