In September 2025, we added a fifth location to our network: a warehouse in Alicante, Spain, run in partnership with a local logistics provider.
The reasoning was simple. Stock that sits closer to the customer ships faster, and a large part of our order volume comes from Southern Europe: Spain, Portugal, southern France. Rather than route all of that through Poeldijk, we now hold inventory in Alicante and split outbound shipping between the two sites.
Stock close to the customer is still the fastest lever we have on delivery times.
It's a smaller, quieter change than a new brand or a new product line, but it's the kind of change that shows up directly in delivery times rather than in a press release. Alicante now runs alongside Poeldijk as a second stock and outbound point for the whole European side of the business.
