At Kranis, we build our own brands. We run hundereds of campaigns across Facebook & Instagram to reach customers worldwide. As our Meta Ads Specialist, you’ll be the force behind compelling ads that scale sales and connect meaningfully with audiences.
Plan, launch, manage, and optimise Meta campaigns (Facebook & Instagram), across funnels—from awareness to retargeting
Analyse core metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPM), and fine-tune campaigns for maximum impact
A/B test audiences, creatives, copywriting, formats, and bidding strategies
Build strong collaborations with in-house designers, product, logistics, and content teams to align messaging and performance goals
Use our internal tools for reporting, automation, and client/brand support
Keep on top of Meta’s latest features, best practices, and algorithm changes—and experiment to stay ahead
Own multiple brand accounts, solve performance issues, and react proactively to campaign developments
5+ years of experience running Meta Ads campaigns, ideally for e-commerce brands
Strong grasp of performance metrics – with a proven ability to turn clicks into conversions
Direct experience with A/B testing, audiences, performance campaigns, creative strategy
Ability to manage budgets, report clearly, and optimise based on data
Excellent English communication skills
Comfortable working remotely while engaging proactively with a distributed team
