Marketing & Creative Strategist

The Marketing & Creative Director will lead brand storytelling and creative strategy across the Kranis portfolio, with a strong initial focus on Minismus. This role ensures that every brand under Kranis communicates a clear, consistent, and compelling story across all channels, from e-commerce to retail.

You will combine strategic leadership with hands-on creative direction, ensuring that our brands not only stand out in competitive markets but also build long-term customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities (Scope)

Overall Marketing Leadership

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy across all channels (digital, social, influencer, content, email, and paid media).
  • Drive SEO, content marketing, and PR initiatives to boost organic visibility.
  • Lead brand positioning and storytelling to strengthen Kranis’ identity in competitive markets.

  1. Brand Storytelling & Consistency
  • Define and safeguard the core brand story for Minismus and other Kranis brands.
  • Ensure messaging and visuals are consistent across all customer touchpoints (D2C, marketplaces, retail, PR).
  • Oversee product listings, packaging, and creative content so that each USP is clearly and consistently communicated.
  • Ensure proper Localization per country across all customer touchpoints (D2C, marketplaces, retail, PR)

  1. Advertising & Creative Strategy
  • Develop data-driven advertising strategies tailored to each brand.
  • Lead creative development for campaigns, including concepts, visuals, and messaging.
  • Continuously test and analyze ad performance to optimize creative effectiveness.

  1. Customer Retention & Loyalty
  • Create retention strategies, including email marketing, loyalty programs, and community engagement.
  • Oversee blog content, PR activities, and other storytelling formats that strengthen brand authority.
    Drive initiatives that increase repeat purchase rates across brands.

  1. Social Media & Influencer Strategy
  • Build and implement social media roadmaps for each brand, aligned with target audiences.
    Develop influencer strategies to expand reach, trust, and credibility.
  • Ensure all digital communication aligns with Kranis’ customer-first, approachable tone of voice.

  1. Retail & New Market Entry
  • For Minismus and future Kranis retail collections, design a distinctive marketing proposition for retail buyers.
  • Create compelling storytelling and visual presentations that make our products stand out in stores.
  • Support entry strategies for new markets or sales channels across the Kranis portfolio.

Requirements

  • Proven experience (7+ years) in senior marketing roles, ideally within consumer goods, FMCG, or e-commerce.
  • Demonstrated success in scaling brands through integrated, multi-channel campaigns (digital, social, content, influencer, email, and paid media).
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and inspiring cross-functional teams.
    Analytical mindset with expertise in marketing analytics, SEO, and performance measurement.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to strengthen brand identity in competitive markets.
  • Creative, hands-on, and customer-focused thinker with a passion for building brands that make a real impact on everyday life.
  • Comfortable working in an international environment with distributed teams across Europe, Asia, and the U.S.
