At Kranis, we turn ideas into global brands. As our Business Developer, you’ll explore new markets, forge partnerships across B2B and B2C, and drive long-term value. Your work will influence product strategy, marketing, and sales.
Identify & research new clients, markets, and sectors to expand our reach
Build and manage relationships with suppliers, B2B partners, marketplaces, and key stakeholders
Coordinate closely with sales, marketing, product, and logistics teams to craft proposals and joint initiatives that boost revenue
Negotiate deals and contracts, working alongside pricing and finance to maximize margins and maintain compliance
Track and present pipeline, performance metrics, and forecasts to management
Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform product strategy and pricing decisions
Actively attend industry events and conferences, forging new connections and promoting our brands
HBO/WO (Bachelor’s/Master’s) level in Business, Marketing, or similar
Proven track record (5+ years) in business development, sales, or partnerships—ideally in e-commerce
Strong analytical skills—comfortable interpreting data, KPIs, and market trends
Excellent negotiation and communication skills—written and verbal
Proficient in CRM tools, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), and comfortable coordinating across departments
Self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, international team
