Ad Creative Designer

Are you a creative expert with a passion for designing high-converting ads? Join Kranis as an Ad Creative Designer and help us create eye-catching, high-performance video and static ads for our e-commerce brands.

What You’ll Learn & Do

  • Design and edit compelling video and static ads that drive high engagement and conversions on various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and more

  • Collaborate remotely with our marketing and media buying teams to ensure that the ad creatives align with campaign goals and performance targets

  • Optimize existing ad creatives by analyzing performance data and making design adjustments to improve results

  • Create ad formats that work across different devices and social platforms, ensuring the best visual experience for the audience

  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to bring fresh, innovative ideas to ad design, and contribute to the overall creative strategy

What We’re Looking For

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in designing and editing video and static ads, preferably in an e-commerce or performance marketing environment

  • Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and other video and graphic design software

  • Experience with video editing, motion graphics, and designing for multiple social media platforms

  • A strong understanding of what makes an ad convert, with a keen eye for detail and design aesthetics

  • Familiarity with A/B testing and performance-driven design strategies

  • Proficiency in both Dutch and English, with excellent communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple creative projects with deadlines in mind

  • Comfortable working in a fully remote environment with a flexible schedule
