At Kranis, we turn ideas into global brands and we need someone to manage, optimize, and grow our product categories. As our Category Manager, you will combine data, strategy, and execution to boost sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
Develop and implement comprehensive category strategies, including assortment planning, pricing, promotions, and inventory, to meet sales and profit goals
Analyse market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to discover new gaps and opportunities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams – merchandising, marketing, logistics, finance—to execute campaigns and initiatives
Build and maintain vendor relationships, negotiate pricing and terms, and ensure smooth supply chain performance
Monitor key performance indicators
Identify underperforming products and recommend corrective actions such as delisting or repositioning
Stay informed of industry developments, including e-commerce tools, digital shelf analytics, and shopper trends
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field
At least 3 years of experience in category, product, or assortment management—ideally in e-commerce or retail
Strong analytical skills, with experience in data analysis and forecasting
Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with experience handling suppliers
Proficiency in data tools and systemsA strategic thinker with a collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset
