At Kranis, we turn ideas into global brands. As our Business Developer, you’ll explore new markets, forge partnerships across B2B and B2C, and drive long-term value. Your work will influence product strategy, marketing, and sales.

What You’ll Do

  • Identify & research new clients, markets, and sectors to expand our reach

  • Build and manage relationships with suppliers, B2B partners, marketplaces, and key stakeholders

  • Coordinate closely with sales, marketing, product, and logistics teams to craft proposals and joint initiatives that boost revenue

  • Negotiate deals and contracts, working alongside pricing and finance to maximize margins and maintain compliance

  • Track and present pipeline, performance metrics, and forecasts to management

  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform product strategy and pricing decisions

  • Actively attend industry events and conferences, forging new connections and promoting our brands

What You’ll Need

  • HBO/WO (Bachelor’s/Master’s) level in Business, Marketing, or similar

  • Proven track record (5+ years) in business development, sales, or partnerships—ideally in e-commerce

  • Strong analytical skills—comfortable interpreting data, KPIs, and market trends

  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills—written and verbal

  • Proficient in CRM tools, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), and comfortable coordinating across departments

  • Self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, international team
